Parents are allowed to meet their ward's teachers /Principal of the school once in a week during the specified days. In case of urgency prior permission is to be sought.
Admission up to 5th standard has no entrance or selection test. A selection test will be conducted for the student's who join the school directly for 6th and above classes.
Parents are informed to wait in the visitor's room to meet their wards in the school. They are not allowed to enter inside the class rooms directly.
Telephone facility is available in the school reception. Kindly make the calls to your wards only when necessary. Otherwise it will be disturbance to them.
The year plan is supplied to the parents in advance. Do not insist your wards to attend all the family functions except those which are very important. The vacation schedule should be strictly followed.
The school will provide student kit which includes Text books, Note books all the necessary stationery viz., Pencils, Mender, Rubber, Colour box, Sketch pen set, ball pens, geometry box (4th standard onwards) etc., once in an academic year, No extra fees is charged for it.
Bus facility is provided at the nearest destination of the students residence. Buses will halt at specified destinations and time.
Parents are informed to take care of the cleanliness of the uniform and textbooks and notebooks.
Spend at least 1 hour with your ward in your home and supervise their studies.
Check the school diary of your ward daily. Some important instructions will be provided in it.
Parents should seek prior permission of the principal in writing to get leave for their wards.
